Number Three comprises three double bedrooms with built in robes (two with queen beds and one with two single double deck bunk beds), two living areas (upstairs and downstairs), two bathrooms (each with a full size bath and separate shower), a gourmet kitchen with granite bench tops and stainless steel appliances (fully equipped including dishwasher, split door stainless fridge and all cooking utensils including cutlery, dishes and linen). The verandah overlooks the beach and a large first floor deck with covered barbecue and outdoor setting also overlooks the beach. Both open directly from the upstairs living/dining area. Downstairs includes a quiet living area with outlook to the beach and two bedrooms. There is an internal laundry (with washer and drier) and double garage for your exclusive use with internal access direct to the ground floor entry.
